Q: Are your products really free? How? 

A: Our PROMO products are 100% free, with the only expense to the consumer being shipping and handling. We make this possible by negotiating directly with our manufacturers and buying in bulk to guarantee the lowest market prices possible. 

 

Q: When will my order arrive? 

A: We guarantee that your order will be placed within seven business days of the purchase. Shipping will typically take two to five weeks, with most products arriving at the latter end of the period. 

 

Q: Can I trust the services you provide? 

A: We have been selling fashion for decades at our old clothing shop in Michigan. In addition, we do not handle any of your personal billing information, as Shopify is the only party which has it. We use Shopify to handle all of our purchasing.

 

Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Can I cancel or return orders?

A: Please view our Shipping and Return Policy.

 

Q. Why aren't multi item purchases packaged together?

A. Because we source our products from a number of different manufacturers based on weight, it would move the shipping prices up to package all items together. 

 

Q. Are there any hidden costs?

A. There are absolutely no hidden costs, simply pay the $8.95 shipping fee.

 

Q. Do you sell any private customer information to third parties?

A. Absolutely not, we take our customers right to privacy very seriously. 

 

Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

A. We ship items individually to ensure they move through customs quickly. Your items will arrive in a timely manner.
